We build every unit to order, which means once your payment clears, we get to work&#x2014;sourcing materials, scheduling production, and locking in your build. We strive to be as flexible as possible, however, once a unit goes into production we&#x2019;ve already allocated materials and human resources, and we can&#x2019;t back out of it. In cases of manufacturing delays exceeding 60 days, customers may cancel for a full refund without penalty.Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of payment with no fee.
