We build every unit to order, which means once your payment clears, we get to work—sourcing materials, scheduling production, and locking in your build. We strive to be as flexible as possible, however, once a unit goes into production we’ve already allocated materials and human resources, and we can’t back out of it. In cases of manufacturing delays exceeding 60 days, customers may cancel for a full refund without penalty.

Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of payment with no fee. After that, restocking fees apply.

• Cancellation | After Final Invoice Paid: $500 restocking fee

• Changing to a Different Product (e.g. Camper → RTT): $500 restocking fee
  
  

• Retaining the Sale | Changing Vehicle After Completion: $500 restocking fee

These fees cover production scheduling, transaction costs, and the effort required to reroute or reconfigure your build. In short—once we start, we’re all in.
