Our team abides by a robust process when shipping Campers and RTTs. However, during long transits, our products can experience different forms of damage. If you find such damage, please fill out a Service Request Form within 3 days of delivery or install. We’ll offer remote repair, in-shop service, partial refund, or a full refund if returned. If a refund is the chosen path, please understand the return shipping lands on the customer.
