Campers, Toppers, and RTTs

We build every unit to order, which means once your payment clears, we get to work—sourcing materials, scheduling production, and locking in your build. We strive to be as flexible as possible, however, once a unit goes into production we’ve already allocated materials and human resources, and we can’t back out of it. 

Cancellations & Restocking Fees

In cases of manufacturing delays exceeding 60 days, customers may cancel for a full refund without penalty.

Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of payment with no fee. After that, restocking fees apply.

  • Cancellation | After Final Invoice Paid: $500 restocking fee

  • Cancellation | After Production Start: $1,000 restocking fee

  • Changing to a Different Product (e.g. Camper → RTT): $500 restocking fee

  • Retaining the Sale | Changing Vehicle After Completion: $500 restocking fee

These fees cover production scheduling, transaction costs, and the effort required to reroute or reconfigure your build. In short—once we start, we’re all in.




Product Arrives Damaged or Defective?

We’ve got your back.

If your product shows up damaged or something’s off, fill out a Service Request Form within 3 days of delivery or installation. We’ll get to work on one of the following options:

  1. Fix it yourself with our remote support (fastest option)

  2. Book a repair at a GFC-approved service location

  3. Request a partial refund, if applicable

  4. Request a full refund (excluding installation and shipping) if you decline all service options and return the product

You’ll be responsible for arranging and covering return shipping back to GFC if you choose the full refund path.




Accessories, Parts, and Merch

Return Eligibility

  • Within 60 days of purchase

  • New, unused, and in original packaging only

  • Items that have been used, installed, or are missing packaging are not eligible

Late returns? We may approve them case-by-case with a 15% restocking fee.

Return Process

Start by emailing our team: [email protected]. We’ll approve the return and send you instructions.

Heads up:

  • Returns sent without approval might not be accepted.

  • Items must be boxed properly—not just in retail packaging.

  • We recommend shipping insurance for high-value items.

Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

  • Customer-initiated returns: Shipping cost is deducted from your refund

  • GFC error (wrong/defective item): We cover the return shipping



Refund Processing

Once your item arrives, we inspect it. If it passes, we will refund your original purchase (minus return shipping if applicable). If it doesn’t qualify, we’ll notify you and give you 10 business days to reclaim the item (shipping at your expense). After that, we discard it.



What Can’t Be Returned

  • Items damaged during installation

  • Used, installed, scratched, or modified parts

  • Items missing components or not in original packaging

  • Products not purchased directly from GFC

Heads Up: Use Tax

If you live in a state that requires use tax and we didn’t collect it at checkout, you might owe it directly to your state. Check your local laws or consult your tax pro
