What does the GFC warranty cover?

We don&#x2019;t cover wear and tear, accidents, unauthorized modifications, weather exposure, or cosmetic blemishes that don&#x2019;t affect performance. If it doesn&#x2019;t impact function, it&#x2019;s probably not covered.

This allows our team to collect important information such as your unit number, product type, issue description, and photos. Once submitted, our Service &amp; Warranty Coordinator will assess the request and reach out with next steps.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Most claims are reviewed in 2&#x2013;5 business days. More complex cases may take longer, but we&#x2019;ll keep you updated throughout the process. Once your SRF is submitted, our team will review it and assign a technician for evaluation.&#xA0;
