If you&apos;re the original owner, your product is protected for&#xA0;2 years&#xA0;from the installation date.&#xA0;This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.<ul><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Defects in materials </li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Faulty workmanship </li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Failures in structural integrity </li></ul>This coverage applies only to how the product was originally designed and built.<h3 dir="ltr" id="whats-not-covered">What&#x2019;s Not Covered</h3>This limited warranty&#xA0;does not apply&#xA0;to damage or issues caused by:<ol><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Normal wear and tear (including rust or corrosion) </li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Accidents, misuse, neglect, or abuse </li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Unauthorized repairs or modifications </li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Environmental exposure<ol><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Salt, hail, fire, flooding, wind, extreme weather, UV, etc </li></ol></li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Fabric fading, discoloration, or minor cosmetic blemishes that don&#x2019;t affect function </li></ol>We use good judgment and expect the same from our customers&#x2014;if it&apos;s aesthetic and doesn&#x2019;t impact performance or structural integrity, it likely won&#x2019;t be covered.<h3 dir="ltr" id="what-well-do">What We&#x2019;ll Do</h3>If there&#x2019;s a covered issue, GFC will, at its discretion:<ul><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Repair the defective part </li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Replace it with a new or equivalent part </li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Offer another reasonable solution that works for both you and GFC </li></ul>Please note:&#xA0;You are responsible for any transportation costs related to warranty service (to and from our service location), and we don&#x2019;t cover incidental costs like towing, travel, lodging, lost wages, or related expenses.<h3 dir="ltr" id="how-to-get-warranty-service">How to Get Warranty Service</h3>To make a claim, submit a&#xA0;<a href="https://airtable.com/appAUDQoxnsli1WKm/shrZfEudMWG3kTQwP" style="text-decoration:none;">Service Request Form</a>&#xA0;as soon as you spot a problem. If returning the unit to our factory in Montana isn&#x2019;t feasible, let us know&#x2014;we&#x2019;ll work with you to identify alternative options. However, final decisions on service location and method rest with GFC.Be ready to provide:<ul><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Your name and contact info </li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Product details and unit number </li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">A clear description of the issue </li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Photos or video (if applicable) </li></ul>All warranty work must be performed by GFC or a service provider authorized by GFC.
