What is the GFC Warranty PolicyUpdated 6 days ago
What’s Covered
We build our Campers, Toppers, and RTTs, to go the distance—on pavement or far from it. If you're the original owner, your product is protected for 2 years from the installation date. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
Defects in materials
Faulty workmanship
Failures in structural integrity
This coverage applies only to how the product was originally designed and built.
What’s Not Covered
This limited warranty does not apply to damage or issues caused by:
Normal wear and tear (including rust or corrosion)
Accidents, misuse, neglect, or abuse
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Environmental exposure
Salt, hail, fire, flooding, wind, extreme weather, UV, etc
Fabric fading, discoloration, or minor cosmetic blemishes that don’t affect function
We use good judgment and expect the same from our customers—if it's aesthetic and doesn’t impact performance or structural integrity, it likely won’t be covered.
What We’ll Do
If there’s a covered issue, GFC will, at its discretion:
Repair the defective part
Replace it with a new or equivalent part
Offer another reasonable solution that works for both you and GFC
Please note: You are responsible for any transportation costs related to warranty service (to and from our service location), and we don’t cover incidental costs like towing, travel, lodging, lost wages, or related expenses.
How to Get Warranty Service
To make a claim, submit a Service Request Form as soon as you spot a problem. If returning the unit to our factory in Montana isn’t feasible, let us know—we’ll work with you to identify alternative options. However, final decisions on service location and method rest with GFC.
Be ready to provide:
Your name and contact info
Product details and unit number
A clear description of the issue
Photos or video (if applicable)
All warranty work must be performed by GFC or a service provider authorized by GFC.
