This allows our team to collect important information such as your unit number, product type, issue description, and photos. Once submitted, our Service &amp; Warranty Coordinator will assess the request and reach out with next steps.

How do I make a Service request?

If you're mechanically inclined, this is a great option!

Most of our replacement parts can be installed at home with basic tools. Once your claim is approved, we&#x2019;ll send any necessary components along with step-by-step instructions or video guides. If installation is complex, we&#x2019;ll help arrange in-shop repair or guide you remotely.

Can I install replacement parts myself?

Understand what we can do for you if you bought a used product.

We support all GFC products regardless of ownership history. However, our warranty is only valid for the original purchaser for 2 years after the install date.&#xA0;If you purchased your camper secondhand, we&#x2019;re still happy to help &#x2014; you can submit a service request, and we&#x2019;ll offer paid repair or support options if it falls outside of warranty coverage.
