Will this used GFC unit fit my vehicle?Updated 17 days ago

GFC campers and toppers are designed to fit a specific year, make, model, generation, and bed length. If you're considering a used GFC unit, it's critical to confirm that it was originally built for your exact truck.

Even if two trucks are from the same brand, subtle differences in body shape, bed width, or cab height can affect fitment—especially between generations.

Example)

  • Toyota Tacoma | 1st Gen: 1995-2004
  • Toyota Tacoma | 2nd Gen: 2005-2015
  • Toyota Tacoma | 3rd Gen: 2016-2023
  • Toyota Tacoma | 4th Gen: 2024-Current

When vehicle manufactures introduce significant body style changes, it typically results in a new generation. GFC goes to great lengths to ensure the best possible fit and look for your camper/truck.

Cross-compatibility is not supported

V2 and V2 Pro products are vehicle-specific and not interchangeable

V1 campers were more generalized, but still have limits

Modifying a unit to fit a different truck is at your own risk and not supported

If you're unsure what truck a used unit was built for, start by asking the seller for the following:
